Artist Profile of the Week: David Tosh from Hamilton

In an inquisitive, bold new track called “consider the following”, electropop maestro david tosh (he/him, purposefully lowercase) poses questions about the digital age which spark thought in a forgetful space.

Loops and electronic elements meet distorted electric guitar while tosh’s synth-harmonizer vocals ask “are you searching for your POV/ in Tiktok time warps that give you dopameaning”? Shakespeare and Tyler the Creator aren’t the only ones to make up words, and tosh fittingly draws from both ancient literature and modern underground electronic music in this tune.
