MorningFile host Emma McCarty spoke with Rayanne Banaga, a peer support worker at St. Joseph's Youth Wellness Centre who is facilitating a new program, Black Table Talk. The program aims to improve the mental health as well as provide mental health support for racialized youth within the area. Black Table Talk provides mental health workshops and peer support groups to Black youth ages 13-25. The program began in the beginning of October and is currently being run virtually.
