It is with great sadness that we inform you that P3's host and producer, Peter J. Corneil, has passed away.

We will leave recent programs on this page for the coming weeks. We want to express sympathy for his family and friends. The following is from Peter's obituary.

CORNEIL, Peter -
Peter Corneil, beloved son of Al and Emily, died suddenly on the morning of January 21, 2019 at the age of 43.

A graduate of the University of Guelph, Pete received commendations from the City of Burlington and the Government of Ontario for raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research as a member of the Tartan Terrors.

In his life he played many roles. He was the uber heel Otto Bahn on the indie wrestling circuit. He was Lil' Bo Pete with the touring musical group, the Tartan Terrors. He was an actor, stand- up comic, a radio and podcast host, and an autoworker. But his favourite and best role was as himself, with his love Amber, Bronwen, Finn, Cullen and the extended menagerie of animals in a house full of life, laughter and possibility.

Pete was coarse, funny, brilliant, loyal and didn't suffer fools gladly, as anyone who was privileged enough to know him could attest to. He was taken before he'd had enough fun.

Donations in memory of Peter appreciated to Frog Hollow Sanctuary
