Despite Six Nations of the Grand River being located a short drive away from Hamilton, the community and its members face several health and water inequities. Sarah Duignan, a 3rd year PhD student in the Department of Anthropology, is collaborating across departments, faculties, and communities, to explore how to minimize these health and water quality disparities. Tune in to learn how Sarah is taking a community-based participatory research approach to her project and how water permeates across different facets of her life!
