While pregnancy and the period after a woman gives birth can be a joyous time, it results in psychosocial, biological, and environmental changes that impact the mental well-being of women. Gabriella Mattina, a 3rd year PhD Candidate, and Anastasiya Slyepchenko, a 4th year PhD Candidate, from the Neuroscience Graduate Program are both committed to advancing research in perinatal mental health. Tune in to learn more about obsessive-compulsive disorder and sleep during pregnancy and the postpartum period!
