Not all individuals with depression respond to antidepressant medication in a similar manner. While there are plenty of antidepressants, there is currently no objective information on which antidepressant should be prescribed to which person. JeeSu Suh, a 2nd year Master's student in the Neuroscience Graduate Program, is contributing toward the small steps to change that. Tune in to learn how the thickness of one's cortex (layered sheet of neurons in our brain) can predict response to antidepressant medication.
